Commercial Plumbing Supervisor

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a commercial plumbing foreman
• Industrial or commercial plumbing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, OSHA, and specifications
• Experience in plumbing layout, repairs and installation, brazing and soldering, pro pressing, cutting, and threading
• Experience in interpreting schematics, plans, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects
• Proficiency in problem-solving, inspection, and measurement techniques
• Ability to safely complete job duties to meet customer expectations

• Strong leadership and the ability to mentor and develop crews
• Expertise in commercial plumbing systems, layouts, and blueprint interpretation
• Excellent communication with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep projects moving
• Organization and resource planning skills to manage manpower, materials, and schedules
• A commitment to quality workmanship, OSHA safety standards, and continuous improvement
• Adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced construction environment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing teams from project kickoff through completion
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure installations meet company standards, project specifications, and code requirements
• Drive productivity while maintaining a safe and efficient jobsite
• Build a positive team culture by coaching and supporting plumbers and apprentices
