Leaky's Water & Air is looking for a Plumbing Service Supervisor to help lead the service and repair side of our plumbing business. This position is focused on service, repair, and larger plumbing projects. We need someone who knows plumbing, works hard, and can get things done. This person will help take jobs from the estimate all the way through completion. This is not much of an office job. You will spend most of your time in the field helping crews, estimating jobs, managing jobs, solving problems, and making sure the work gets completed correctly. We already have office staff to handle most of the administrative work.
What You'll Do
A major part of this job is making sure the work gets done correctly, efficiently, and profitably. When jobs are profitable, the company does well, the technicians do well, and you do well.
Who We're Looking For
Our core values matter. We are especially looking for someone who shows hustle, strong communication, and a commitment to giving customers a great experience. What We Offer
At Leaky's, we believe in doing things the right way, taking care of customers, and building a team people are proud to work with. If you are an experienced plumber who can lead people, manage work, and get jobs completed, apply today. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
