The Opportunity

MAX USA Corp is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Associate to support and grow our presence across Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.

In this field-based role, you will manage dealer and contractor relationships, demonstrate MAX products at commercial construction jobsites, develop new business, and represent MAX at trade shows and industry events. You will work independently throughout the territory while partnering with distributors, customers, sales leadership, engineering, and marketing.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated outside-sales professional who understands the construction, industrial-equipment, professional-tool, or building-products market and enjoys building relationships in the field.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage a sales territory across Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
• Build relationships with contractors, distributors, and dealer partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations at commercial construction jobsites.
• Develop new business while maintaining existing accounts.
• Attend trade shows, training events, and industry meetings.
• Track customer activity and opportunities in Salesforce/CRM.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of outside sales, territory sales, or account management experience.
• Experience in construction, tools, industrial equipment, building products, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow a territory independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Professional tools or construction equipment sales.
• Building materials, industrial products, or contractor-focused sales.
• Experience working through distributors, dealers, or channel partners.
• Existing relationships in the construction industry.

Travel Requirements

• Frequent travel throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
• Regular jobsite visits and occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to work independently from a home office and in the field.
